Fell is officially done! (Short of fixing any typos found, of course.)

Included in this final release is a document containing all of my notes on running Fell. There are quotes and links to blogs, details about the implied setting, conversion notes, and a little bestiary. Stuff like that. (I had hoped to write a full referee's guide, but I don't see that happening any time soon. Maybe someday.)
